Annie Wersching

Annie Wersching was born March 28, 1977. She is an American actress. Her role includes Renee Walker on the American television show 24. Motion recording and voice work were also performed for Tess in Naughty Dog’s videogame The Last of Us. Wersching was born in St. Louis, Missouri and was raised in the city. She graduated in 1995 from Crossroads College Preparatory School. [ Wersching began her acting career with appearing as a guest on the show Star Trek: Enterprise, then moved to guest-starring roles on shows such as Charmed Killer Instinct Supernatural and Cold Case. From March through November 2007, she was the character as Amelia Joffe on the ABC Daytime soap drama General Hospital. She also appeared in theaters such as Victory Gardens, Marriott Lincolnshire and the Utah Shakespearean Festival During her childhood, she participated in Irish dance and was a part of the St. Louis Celtic StepdancersShe has completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in musical theatre from Millikin University, graduating in 1999. After her two seasons on 24 Wersching played a guest actor on a variety of shows such as CSI and NCIS, Rizzoli & Iles, Hawaii Five-0. In 2014, she appeared as a series regular for the first season of Amazon Prime crime show Bosch. Wersching played the catcher role for the National League in the 2009 Taco Bell All-Star Legends and Celebrity Softball Game.In December 2012, it was revealed that, in the PlayStation 3 exclusive The Last of Us, Wersching was the voice actor and mo-cap of the character Tess. Geoff Keighley had teased Wersching's character via Twitter prior to the time it was revealed in the Spike Video Game Awards trailer on December 7, 2012. Wersching will be playing the role of the Borg queen in Star Trek: Picard.
