Kim Cattrall
Kim Victoria
Cattrall (born 21 August 1956) is a British and Canadian actress from Canada
and Britain. She is well-known for her role in the role of Samantha Jones on
HBO's Sex and the City (1998-2004) in which she earned five Emmy Award
nominations and four Golden Globe Award nominations, winning the 2002 Golden
Globe for Best Supporting Actress. In the films Sex and the City (2008) and Sex
and the City 2 (2010), she reprised the character. Cattrall made her debut in
film in Rosebud (1975) and then appeared in several television roles. The 1980s
saw she rose to fame with films like Ticket to Heaven (1981), Police Academy
(1984) and Hold-Up (1985). She also appeared in City Limits (1985), Big Trouble
in Little China(86), Mannequin (1987), Masquerade (1888), Midnight Crossing
(1988) and The Return of the Musketeers (1989). Tribute (1980), Porky's (81),
Turk 182(85) and Baby Geniuses (999) were among the occasions she starred with
Bob Clark. Her film credits also include The Bonfire of the Vanities (90) and
Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country(91) as well as Split Second(92), Above
Suspicion (1995), and 15 Minutes (2001), Crossroads(2002), Ice Princess (2006),
